Rhodes and Elise Elliott are former professional ballet dancers with the Houston Ballet, who led the Company and Second Company of The Sacramento Ballet from 2022-2026. They now help to lead the Cincinnati Ballet Otto M. Budig Academy.

Through their illustrious careers that took them around the world while performing works by internationally-acclaimed choreographers, Rhodes and Elise found their own choreographic voices. Their experience in creating full-length classical story ballets, as well as one act contemporary ballets and pas de deuxs, makes them incredibly versatile in this new generation of classical and contemporary ballet choreographers - both for professional companies and for upper level ballet academies around the country.
